Change can feel tricky. It has a way of touching every area of your life whether you want it to or not... So, in those moments of difficulty, call on your inner alchemist. This inner-being will allow you to spark a bright light in the darkest depths of your soul—and what you see will allow you to elevate and radiate into a better state.

Paulo Coelho’s book, The Alchemist, transformed the way I move through the world. Everytime I felt stuck, I would ask the universe to send me a sign to help me make empowered choices so that I could be the master of my fate; not the other way around. That observation & ability to quiet my limiting beliefs led me to become an internationally published writer (in Men's Health, Women's Health, Mind Body Green, and more), a certified holistic nutritionist, and a branding + style expert with a killer track record.

What moved the needle for me was biohacking, prioritizing self-care, embracing modern science + using it for my benefit, harnessing the power of psychology, and releasing judgements about what health + wellbeing should look like… Looking good is important—but the psychology behind why looking good makes you FEEL good is where this new wave of wellness comes in...

Wellness is just a means to unlock the doors to your personal power. It does not define you. Instead, it allows you to explore your core beliefs + personal identity to ultimately strengthen your connection to your own spirit through meditation, artistic expression, self-care, beauty treatments, herbalism, nutrition, and heartfelt human connection.

Make sure you drop your judgements at the door... wellness looks differently for everyone.
