 Connect in with the anchor of your soul. Acknowledge and accept emotional pain you feel (new or old, from this lifetime or another). Send love to that pain; set it free. As you do this, may you be met with windfalls of abundance, and feel the warm embrace of the dawn of a new day (and for many of you: a new era). And so we begin…

ARIES

Aries, your miracle message is: “My spiritual practice can resolve all inner conflict.”

Aries—everything you want is at the edge of your finger tips: love, relationships, happiness, comfort, peace of mind.

You (like everyone else) needs help cultivating and creating the best version of their lives. This week, you need to ask for help by giving something in exchange.

Ask for someone to be part of your life, offer them something meaningful (a necklace, bouquet of flowers, maybe even a ring for some of you!). Tell them what they mean to you. Show them that they are valued.

For some of you this won’t be romantic—this will be referring to your kick ass colleague or your best friend who has been by your side through thick and thin. Express your gratitude for having them show up in your life.

They don’t have to be there. They don’t have to pick up your calls or give you the time of day—and the fact that they do is meaningful.

Make it a bold gesture. Take a risk. Lighten up. Celebrate your life—and then take some time alone.

This week is best done in sprints: fun times with friends, meaningful expressions of gratitude, and then personal time for reflection.

TAURUS

Make this process easier for yourself by eating vibrantly colored foods: cherry tomatoes, papaya, blueberries, and more. The sun is coming in, the clouds are clearing—and you’re going to need a few moments to adjust to all the light flooding into your heart and your mind.

You’ve been pushing others away because you judge things in them that you truly judge about yourself.
